So while it might seem wasteful, They are at least doing what they have to do to get you in your amazing home AND with the correct options. It's not fun to see the mistakes, but like you said, it's all about how they fix them. They will be fixed, and that's the important part :) hang in there! The PM just told me he'd look into it, not making me feel better about our closing. The SR did make me feel a little bit better about it, saying there's a lot of things they can get done pretty quickly and at the very least, it shouldn't slow anything else down. I just know I'm going to be on pins and needles until it's done. Thank you, though, for the kind words!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01983264904679725468noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3329353773326069518.post-38426857338288114562014-04-14T06:14:01.645-07:002014-04-14T06:14:01.645-07:00Oh wow, these last minute problems cannot feel goo...Oh wow, these last minute problems cannot feel good.
No, I don't think you'd be able to close without flooring down in all rooms. That being said, they should totally be able to get the carpet pad quickly. The carpet... that gets a lot more tricky. If the mill has it in stock, it will be a little bit of a rush but definitely do-able. If the mill doesn't have it, you may have to see if there's another shade or style you like that they have in-stock... or face the delay.
I'm so sorry you're dealing with this.
